Welcome to my website, which serves to market my personal training services, provide training-related information to clients and the general public, and host my exercise and nutrition blog.
The bio page introduces me and provides information on my education, personal training background, and my own fitness endeavors. The training page provides all the necessary information to get started with me as a personal trainer (i.e., location, rates, etc.)
The inform page serves to educate my clients on training-related topics. I post articles to this page that relate to any number of exercise- and/or diet-related topics such as new training techniques used during sessions, general exercise recommendations, what fitness equipment is worth the purchase, goal-setting techniques, why you should not skip breakfast, etc.
The blog page is where I post my thoughts/opinions/ideas about current topics involving exercise and nutrition. Please feel free to post a comment and share your opinions.
In the videos tab you’ll find instructional material depicting particular exercises I employ during sessions and my personal recommendations for living fit.
